We are Sarah and Shilow Norton. We were married in 2003 and have three wonderful kids. We live on a small farm about 5 miles out of town. The town has less than 600 people in it and the nearest Walmart is two hours away. We enjoy living in this remote area away from the busy cites.

While attending college Shilow ended up finding a nice man that would take monthly payments for his land. He put a nice, but older single-wide mobile home on the property and fixed it up. We got married and ended up leaving that place a year later. When we moved and wanted to sell the property, no one was able to get financing for the older single wide, so we ended up owner financing it to a young couple. Owner financing turned out to be a blessing to both the young couple and us.

When we moved, we could not afford to buy a house. We tried to purchase a new piece of land to put a mobile home on but again could not get financing. No banks would lend to us and the only way we could get started was by owner financing.

This experience opened our eyes to how we would like to help people. In 2018 we started Frisco Valley LLC. We are real estate investors that purchase unwanted land. We try to buy land at a discounted price so that we can quickly sell it at a discounted cash price or sell on owner financing at an affordable monthly price. We remember how hard it was to get started owning land and want to make owning land attainable for everyone. We strive to make this an easy process for anyone doing business with us.

We have purchased over 200 properties and feel that our process is streamlined and straightforward. Our goal is to be a blessing to you as a seller and make it as simple as possible.

Our process is simple:

  • 1. You let us know you are interested in selling your property.

  • 2. We do our Due Diligence to make sure everything is in order.

  • 3. We come to an agreed price (we cover all the closing costs) and draw up an easy to understand contract. This contract is signed by both of us and gives both parties peace of mind during the transaction.

  • 4. We move forward with drawing up the necessary documents and the new deed to transfer the property.

  • 5. Once you have signed the new deed, we handle the recording of the deed with the County and cover all the closing costs associated with the transaction.

  • 6. We send your payment and the transaction is complete!
